Great find, @BloodMoon! I tried it today and it’s really good. (I’ve been doing some other meditations and some EFT tapping every day, so I was hesitant to start on something new. But, I really like Tanner, so I checked it out.) I think at some point soon I will do his 30 days. I like pain reprocessing therapy, and it’s good to know that it worked for someone like him. This is a fantastic free program.

What I love about Tanner is that he combines psychological work with PRT and meditation but he sort of has that attitude of one size doesn’t fit all, also. Something for everyone.

This is a fantastic free program.
I'm pleased you like it! :) I love his calming, gentle manner.

I've been doing his visualization video (below) daily since he posted it up and think it's superb. I shall be committing to using it every day for the foreseeable future. It's about visualizing what one finds difficult to do physically... and I really think doing it regularly would be likely to help you too. It's along the lines of what I have been doing for myself visualization-wise, but he includes some self-soothing in his process and I like the structure of simply just 'doing' his video for around 20 minutes each day.
