Structured or Recovery Program; confused...

I was following the Structured Program and then it said that Alan put a new Recovery program on the site. Which one should I be following?

I'd be very interested in others' opinions, but I love Alan's new program (and his old one, to be frank). Recoveries can often take a while, and I think that Alan's work gives you tools that can be helpful in the SEP.

They complement each other well and which is best may rest upon personal preference but I appreciate the clarity of Alan’s program. It distills the path of healing beautifully and is a touchstone I find myself returning to. His words on Somatic Tracking and Cognitive Soothing changed my life.

Ok, that's the one I'm doing. I must admit it takes awhile getting through. I'm taking my time...

Thanks. I will give an opinion when I have one. Right now, I'm taking my time.

I was asking the same thing. I'm currently concentrating on the SEP, but also checking out the Recovery Program. I think the journaling in the SEP will be helpful for me even aside from the pain as I think I have some "issues" that I need to recognize.
