Spirituality

A few that come to mind are tms coaches with a christian bent (Jen Johnson has a YT channel called Thought by Thought Healing), lecturers like Joe Dispenza, or writers like Louise Hay that would be considered more spiritual/New Age category. In general though, focus on the basics...thoughts and emotions...and then apply your own personal belief system around spirituality to the work. This is really an educational approach, not a mystical one, so obtain the accurate knowledge first and then explore it through a spiritual lens later.

Is there anything that talks about TMS in terms of spirituality? Like energies and stuff?

You see in a lot of success stories people telling they've become more spiritual (what doesn't necessarily mean more religious) during the process, for different reasons. I think it's because we are forced to acknowledge there's something missing in western understanding of how the body works, and it's something big enough to cause all that myriad of symptoms and sensations.

Also a good number of therapists in Trauma Healing are well versed in Jung teachings, who went deep into the unknown.
