@JanAtheCPA I have seen in another thread you posted a link for the self acceptance project. Unfortunately the link no longer works.
Is this ' project' / discussion whatever it is still accessible?
 
I googled "self acceptance project soundstrue.org" and got lots of hits. Anything from Soundstrue.org and referring to Tami Simon is legit. It looks like she brought out a book compilation of the project which you can buy on the website or from amazon, but it also looks like the original audio is still available for free on the Sounds True website. They'll put you on the mailing list but it's a good organization and you can unsubscribe later. The compilation might be a more efficient way to access the content.
