Second generation of TMS treatment

Since Dr. Sarno passed away (in fact even before) a number of his followers have produced their own methodologies or literature that reiterate the method, take it to the next level and/or adjust it based on their experiences. Such examples include Alan Gordon on this site, David Schechter, Steven Ray Ozanich and a host of other mentioned on this site. Suddenly one method is beginning to explode (which is a good thing), but the many methods are beginning to become overwhelming.

Can anyone give me a better understanding of the difference of any of these methods? Has anyone tried more than one them and found one worked better than the other? If so, why did that particular method work for you?
