    Hello,

My name is Sonia. I'll spare you the details about my symptoms as I'm sure you're experiencing them yourself. If you're like me, you're reading this going, "get to the point! What did you do to get better?"

The short answer is nothing, at least directly related to pain. I made a list of life goals and focused all of my energy on those things. After some time of my focus being on life things and not pain, I was better. For more details about exactly what I did, I am posting 3 interviews I did talking about my recovery.

The first was when I initially recovered. The next was after I had been feeling better and became a personal trainer to help others, and the last interview was after a relapse I went through.

I am beginning my own life coaching practice with a focus on helping others out of persistent pain. If you need help or direction, please reach out to me. I offer a free conversation where we get to know each other and you decide if you're ready for the journey out.

@SoniaKettlebella, you are probably a nice person with a legitimate desire to make a living by helping people, and I see that you were on Eddie's Mind and Fitness podcast, which is a decent recommendation (although I don't have time right now to listen to it). HOWEVER - as a moderator, I need to state for the record and for the benefit of our other members that you have no posting history on our forum, which means that you've never participated in our community or offered support to others during your recovery. We also can't tell from this post how Dr. Sarno's theories or methods fit into your story or the services you are marketing.

Ultimately, the purpose of this community is for peers to communicate and support each other. It is not for advertising, as explained in the long-standing forum rules here: https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/threads/welcome-newcomers-here-are-our-forum-rules.16460/ (Welcome newcomers! Here are our forum rules.)

Excerpt from the rules: The forum is not for advertising. If you intent in making a post is to advertise, before you make a post, you should get in touch with Forest to find out if the post is appropriate. In addition, excess links in posts may be removed because all links in posts by non-staff members are "nofollowed" and cause PageRank to be destroyed. (In other words, excess off-site links hurt everyone.)

I apologize. I provided the links to my interviews so that people could hear my story and it's connection to Dr. Sarno. I am offering my time for free to help others.
