I wrote this article on my blog describing how I got over my TMS caused RSI / hand pain.
It contains a few ups and downs and hopefully conveys how emotional the journey has been for me.
As I explained in the article, reading the success stories of others is one of the things that really helped me. It gave me the strength to come back from a nasty relapse. I hope by posting this link here it could be of use to others in a similar way, particularly to those who work in IT perhaps...
