    Hi all,

Just started this program, and the program suggested to create a post.

Little backstory, ive suffered from repetetive strain injury for 1 and a half year now, and seen 3 different professionals to no avail. Spent around $1200 on ergonomic mice and chairs, keyboards..

They all said to me youre not going to have much problems, weve seen worse, and you will be up and running in a matter of months, obviously that didnt happen hehe. Also in the last year i barely touched a keyboard with my fingers, ( my left hand hurts most) and never typed. I read the book 3 days prior to beginning the treatment, and im typing it right now with minimum amounts of pain! Kind of crazy. Sometimes the pains are shooting, but very inconsistent, and the first 2 days of reading the book the pain shifted like crazy through both my arms on and off, next to that my back started acting up, and headaches were popping up here and there, it baffled me and increased the likelihood of TMS working its course ;p

Im aware that i defenitely still feel afraid of the pain coming, but i try to see them as sensations, and not some alarm that my wrists are becoming damaged. I try to be not too hard on myself that is still feel some pain, considering im only aware of TMS for 3 days now,

Today I also saw my therapists specialised in shoulders/back/ hands, to make sure they didnt see any damage, and they didnt, so that also fuels my acceptance of the TMS diagnosis, im about 90% sure that this is it, and hoping that will grow eventually.

Wish me luck ,whisdom and perseverance! :p

    Regards, Mike

Good luck. The more you read and dig deeper the more you will be convinced it is TMS. I was blown away. Keep us posted.
