Hi guys,

I’m really struggling with my nervous system being in fight or flight. In the last few months I’ve developed ringing in ears, sound sensitivity, tooth sensitivity, lip tingling, blurry vision, TMJ, etc. Looking for advise please.

I highly recommend you get the book "Hope and Help For Your Nerves" by Claire Weeks. It's the absolute best. You can find her on YT as well. It will give you techniques to calm down your nervous system and press the reset button. Also meditation and yoga are great tools. Also, you may need to consult with a psychiatrist for medication to help you get over the hump.

I would suggest you start medication like lyrica for a few months, d some mind body work and then slowly come off the medication.
