    I’m posting this here as well as the support subfolder....I’m looking for a little support....I woke up today and my symptoms have increased two fold and are coming all at once...I have been on my tms journey for about 2 weeks now and I just stared working out again yesterday....only running a mile each day and pushups...please tell this is just part of the process.....
