One week and keeping up with the program!
I've been taking it quite seriously so far. I've been quite open about it with friends and family because I felt that part of changing the paradigm for me required the to do it as well. I spent so long in the past years making sure they understood what I was going through and take my post-viral syndrome symptoms seriously, that they have become almost like a second system of trigger/reaction -- making sure I don't push myself/over do it/keeping tabs.
I think it makes sense to me that my symptoms now could me the result of neural pathways and not the effect of the Shingles virus anymore. I can see looking at my evidence list that the patterns have change quite a bit, specially this year after taking a year of work, properly resting and then going back to exercising.
Journaling is quite intense, which makes me think that there are a lot of feelings that I've been pushing down. I'm really enjoying the paying attention to how the body feels while I'm journaling.
I seem to have more energy and my nerve pain is down. I also started to sleep better. I had covid three weeks ago so I'm not pushing myself to hard but it feels like something is changing for the better for sure.
