So far it's a great resource for those interested in incorporating these methods into your practice, I really recommend it! It goes into lots of detail about psychological interventions, and what is appropriate and helpful for people at different places in their PPD/TMS healing journey. It might be a bit intense if you're not a mental health or medical health professional, but I thought i'd put it out there for those who are interested. Happy reading!
