Hi,
I have read about the extinction burst and also that the brain will create new symptoms as old ones leave. So far I am just getting more symptoms. I still have back pain, fatigue and trouble sleeping. In addition, I have pain in my right heel daily (an issue I had in 1995/6), pain in my right wrist (new), pain in my right shoulder (an issue I had in 2010), two nights ago I had rectal pain (something that started shortly after my hysterectomy in 2003 but I haven't had in months), and last night I had pain where my left ovary used to be. This is something I dealt with before the hysterectomy and also after, but again, something I haven't had in probably 8 to 10 years. It was so bad it took my breath away and I could barely move. I am also suddenly dealing with anxiety. I feel completely overwhelmed. I can see symptoms new symptoms as others leave, but this feels like way too much too handle.
I did slowly cut back on estrogen and then stopped earlier this week as I was estrogen dominant.
When does it get better?
