hello! I also had surgery for a chronic fissure in 2022 and since they I’ve been mostly fine. Any time I would have pain in the area it was due to a new fissure which wouldn’t hurt much and would heal predictably. This time I started having a bruising sensation when going and now have a sore feeling all day for 12 days straight. They don’t see an active fissure. I have a history of TMS. Do you have any suggestions for me. I’m trying to use my usually TMS approach but it’s difficult with this since I’ve had true physical issues there in the past and the pain is so distracting to my life. Thank you!

Simplemente no refuerces esa vía neuronal desadaptativa.
