After I finish this program, I want to keep self-care as a weekly habit, not as a reward. My plan is to protect 4–5 hours a week for “just joy” (no purpose, no self-improvement). For me that could be a relaxed game session, reading, a low-pressure creative session, or a simple walk. I also want a small daily reset (5–10 minutes) so I don’t stay in “go mode” all day, and I want to be less glued to my phone and the feeling I must respond immediately to everyone around me.
For today, my self-care is keeping it simple: I’m either going to rest and recharge, or go to dance class with one clear boundary (no pushing, no proving myself, and leaving early if I need to). I’m practicing that “good enough” is safe.
