’ve been dealing with leg nerve pain for a while, and by accident I discovered that combining AC with somatic tracking relieved the pain significantly- making it disappear at times. This was new.

But almost immediately, the symptoms shifted instead into brain fog, drowsiness, dizziness, and fatigue. I didn’t even get a chance to enjoy the relief before the new symptoms took over.

I remember this phenomena from Sarno's books.

Do you have any recommendations for what I should do now? I’m working on getting out of the fear loop, but these new symptoms are really interfering with my ability to work.

Sarno suggests you need to examine your inner rage and your personality traits and how they effect you - you need to do some psychological work.
May I ask what "AC" is?

It is extremely common for symptoms to shift, and it sounds like "Didn't even get to enjoy the relief" sounds like there is mental suffering: fear loop, perhaps anxiety, depression (all are also distractions to your psychological state as is the pain) etc. If you'd like guidance on how to do the psychological reflection, the free Structured Educational Program will guide you through some techniques to explore, tmswiki.org and scroll down until you see the text link for the program. There is a 2nd program which is Alan Gordon's program - basically teaching the somatic tracking (which you already do).
Once you begin to get a better idea of your psychological state, triggers, rage etc you could try emotional tracking. Sometimes that takes time for folks to actually feel their emotions so it might not be helpful right way, but I found it useful to add over time, especially if you begin to recognize that you are not feeling the emotions somatically.

Seems like you have some good awareness, and that leads to success!

How did you combine an air conditioner with somatic tracking?
