Laughter Jon Kabat Zinn is brilliant... but won't shut up :-)

I don't know anyone who explains mindfulness better than Jon Kabat Zinn. I doubt anyone has done more to bring mindfulness to the masses. I love his book, Full Catastrophe Living.

But OMG... his guided meditations ... he won't stop talking!! I can't take it!
