Is the Pain Recovery Program suitable for non-pain symptoms?

    Thread title. I read The Way Out today and thought it was excellent, so am looking forward to jumping into Alan's Pain Recovery Program when I'm finished the original SEP; only I'm not sure how good it is for non pain-based symptomology. Could anyone who's completed it weigh in on whether it's tailored to help with other manifestations of TMS?

    No matter the specific TMS symptoms, the treatment is the same. So yes you can follow Alan's Pain Recovery Program for non-pain symptoms.
