A few weeks ago I started a new pain reprocessing therapy program, and it seems to be making a dent in my symptoms. After being stalled for so long, this is a welcome relief!
The program is a paid membership app, which includes weekly coaching. The focus includes somatic techniques, allowing symptoms, visualizations, tapping, parts work, and grief work. I’ve tried PRT in the past and always liked it. But I never could stick with it. This app is helping me with that.
The app is called Haven. The founder of the app, Vanessa Azelis, recovered from 100 symptoms. Then she became a TMS coach and a bereavement counselor. She claims grief is the number one emotion we suppress, and she holds these powerful grief healing sessions on YouTube and available on the app. (That’s what originally got my attention.)
