how do I get started?

I will be happy to send you a digital gift copy of my book if that helps. It will come from Amazon to your email and you can either read it on your computer or with a Kindle app on your mobile device.
 
Pain is pain either book is a great choice ...i would go with Steve O book instead any of Sarno masterpieces it easy to understand and apply
