Hey everyone,
I’m a 32-year-old guy. About three years ago, while traveling, I got a really painful anal fissure. Since then, I’ve been dealing with severe anal and perineal pain. It lasted for about four months, went away for a bit, then came back in the winter of 2023 even worse.
Doctors told me the fissure had healed, and tests for STDs were all negative. Eventually, one doctor said it’s chronic prostatitis — even though I don’t have any urinary issues. That really scared me. I tried ultrasound therapy and took antibiotics for 90 days, but it didn’t help.
Strangely, by summer 2023, I felt totally fine again. But every winter, or even when the air pressure changes, the pain returns. Now I’m living in Germany, and with the harsh winters here, I’m honestly worried it’ll flare up again.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this possibly be managed with TMS strategies?
