Guided Meditation for "unlearn your pain" Howard Schubiner

Hi
I am new to this site having had non specific back pain for nearly 40 years.
I have purchased the above manual and the book came without the CD so I wonder if there was a way of accessing these meditations or something similar on line.The Howard Schubiner website has a tab for these but a password is required.
I am aware there is a lot on youtube but wanted something as near as possible to support what is in the manual.
Any suggestions much appreciated.
