Hi all,
Let me reintroduce myself. I am a 35 years old female with an history of anxiety, various TMS (like chronic pain, "fibromyalgia", interstitial cystitis, etc.). I have an over-achiever personality and work in a stressful environment which I like because for some reason, it also drives me huh.
During the last years, I was able to get rid of "pudendal nevralgia" after a cycling injury, as well as dizzyness and vertigo, applying the TMS principles: see old threads here

Soooooo.... A few weeks ago, I had a very bad fall while skiing and my left knee twisted. It hurt very badly for a couple of days, I even had difficulty walking. I was icing it and having advil to numb the pain. I havent seen any specialist for that injury. Since I cant stop doing sports, I continued indoor cycling, skiing, touring skiing, crosscountry skiing and running even though it was painful (less, but still).
So since the last few days, pain has spread in the different joints of my body... wrists, both knees, elbows. ankles... The pain is driving me crazy and feels like arthritis, like really inflammed joints. I now feel incapacitated and can't practice any sport.
I havent seen any doctors about it yet, since I find it very odd how the pain spread out in all my joints even though the original injury was to one knee.
I am wondering if this could be another TMS issue and don't want to give it too much attention if that is the case. However, I have difficulty to push through the pain this time. Even climbing stairs hurts really bad.
Thoughts, fellow TMS sufferers?
