Yes, you are right! My oldest are in college, and I have 2 still at home, but they are difficult to work with and not progressing as the others, and this year I was starting to feel I had pretty much ruined my whole family. It has been a scary way to feel. This was around the time symptoms started increasing last spring. I had a lot of other pressures too. And much to work through. And a classic TMS personality. And a history of decades of various TMS symptoms. But your comment makes me wonder if the HS pressure had more to do with accelerating the TMS than I realized. Thank you! :)

My husband's had trouble sleeping for many months, but is sleeping a great deal better (miraculously so) since eating two kiwifruit an hour before bed at night; here's the research https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21669584 (Effect of kiwifruit consumption on sleep quality in adults with sleep problems. - PubMed - NCBI). They don't know why kiwifruit help - the theory is that it's to do with them containing anti-oxidants, vit C and serotonin...There's going to be an in depth study over 3 years into this by a researcher at Massey University in New Zealand...But, anyway, I just thought it might be of interest to you - thought if it helped, you might be able to reduce pain meds.
