Food for Happiness

I do love bananas. And yes they contribute to being positive and happy. It is a happy food.

Yours - what is your happy food?

Ice cream of course. Y'all are being disgustingly healthy :p

But seriously, any local summer fruit that is beautifully and naturally ripe at the peak of its season. Nothing more amazing or miraculous.

A dragon fruit a day keeps my doctor away. Since the day I started to eat this fruit, I'm addicted to it. I love the taste and even more to its health benefits and that makes me happy every day.

Yeah, ice cream also is healthy. ice cream contains vitamins, it provides lots of energy. It is rich in carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, which are all needed for our bodies to produce energy. However, remember to eat in moderation, as too much of a good thing can also have undesired effects.
