DR. MATE VIDEO ON LIVING HEALTHY

Dr. Gabor Mate, a Hungarian-born Canadian physician, specializes in the study and treatment of addiction and Attention Deficit Disorder, as well as being a staunch advocate for the TMS philosophy of Dr. Sarno.

In his YouTube Video,
he tells about people in nursing homes and hospice care and says “People die as they live. To have a good death, you must have a good life.”

He says that what happens to a person early in their life has “a huge impact on that life, giving them chronic pain or illness, addiction, mental and physical problems.”

We are not born with our pain or problems genetically. They come from our childhood and even are inherited from our mother while we are in her womb because she carried her own TMS as she carried us.

“Living healthy is letting go of baggage,” says Dr. Mate. He had to learn to let go of the traumas of being a boy in a Jewish family in a Hungarian ghetto during World War II when his grandparents were killed in a concentration camp and his mother and father were imprisoned. Imagine the fear and abandonment he felt.

He also talks of our personality causing stress, as we try to be the best.

It’s a short 7 minute video well worth watching, as are others of Dr. Mate in the video library.

Hi, Mermaid. I'm glad the Dr. Mate video was helpful.
He came through a lot in his life, including the Holocaust, and
has great wisdom about TMS healing for us.

You're doing so great. We on the forums are so proud of you.

I couldn't have done it without you all, I was weary of fighting alone :joyful:
