do you need to get out of the stressful situation or do you just need to acknowledge it?

As the author of this thread, I will tell you I have become very angry recently. I am still living with a narcissist abuser but my anger has become visible.

Instead of keeping it inside, I am just fucking angry all the time. I verbally rage when I am alone. "What the F is your problem, how come you're being such a B?" etc. Out loud. At my mother. Obviously I can't say that to her face.

I thought about making a podcast to just rage at them and get some kind of validation from the listeners. I tried multiple therapists, but they were not helpful. I got tired of explaining narcissism to them.

So I guess the frustration is there. Feels unproductive, but feels good because I guess I'm not trapping it all inside anymore? Is that healthier than keeping it in?

Is there any way you can stop living with the narcissist abuser? I’m not sure if you’ll ever be able to find peace in that situation.
