Day 7 symptom of substitution?

Hello. I started the program 7 days ago for muscle, tendons pain in my body and others symptoms related to the overactive autonomic nervous system.
Since yesterday I noticed that my pain has significantly decreased. Then in the evening I noticed small flying flies on my right eye.
I left this morning urgently for the ophthalmologist, he told me that these are floaters and that my eye tension is at the limit whereas 1 year and a half ago it was fine.
And today, focusing on my eyes, I no longer have any bodily pain at all.
But I am stressed for my eyes. Are there people who have developed similar eye symptoms? I need to be reassured because I am on the verge of stopping the program.
(ps: sorry for my bad english I'm in France)

Hello . . . symptom substitution and extinction bursts are very common during the program. I did not have floaters, but I did experience "eye fatigue" and mild headaches centered around my eyes. These were usually secondary symptoms that flared up when my primary symptoms were feeling better. Here is Dr. Schubiner's great article on symptom substitution. Hopefully, it can ease your worries. Keep up the good work!
