I have felt good for the last three days and have had minimal pelvic pain. This evening though has been a bit different. Not sure why but the pelvic pain has flared up a bit. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Howdy...flare ups are often surprisingly a good sign. Read Alan Gordon's post on extinction bursts if you have not already:

http://www.tmswiki.org/forum/threads/day-19-extinction-bursts.16651/ (New Program - Day 19: Extinction Bursts)

Flare ups for no logical reason, although annoying, are more evidence that the pain is psychological in nature as opposed to physical. And don't worry too much about finding out "what am I upset about right now?" The flare up could be related to something that's upsetting you, or it could just be your brain trying to keep you in the pain habit/cycle.

    Keep up the good work!
