Day 2

This pain started during a very stressful time with relationships as well as health.
I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be posting this in here but I am:

Things that make me feel angry are the fact that the pain stopped me from my life and living like a 25 year old. I am angry that the pelvic pain keeps me from riding my horse. I am angry that the last person I was intimate with was an abusive relationship, and now I can not be intimate with a person I love and who loves me very much. I am angry I am not able to work like I used to.
Things that make me feel sad are the fact that I want my freedom back and independence. I am sad that I have to rely on my family at this point and I see all of my friends living their lives the way I always wanted to. I don't like feeling this sad and depressed daily.

Activities I miss: riding my horse, working, eating any food I want without being afraid it will hurt my bladder/pelvic.

Hi, kitkatie. It's understandable that you are angry, for the reasons you mention. You need to be positive and tell yourself often that you are going to once again be free of the symptoms causing your anger. I hope you can find a way to become intimate with the person you love, and be grateful that they love you.

I don't like feeling this sad and depressed daily.
I hear you Kitkatie124. Pain and worry about the pain --and the whole thing, can really wear on a person. I felt like I aged 20 years, and rarely left the house except to seek treatments, and spend money on treatments! Very hard.

Now I am fine. Today I climbed and skied my brains out. Something I could not even imagine three years ago.

I hope you continue the SEP and let it do some deep healing!

Andy, what an inspiration you are to everyone. You have come a long, long way from three years ago.

Hope you have more wonderful days on the ski slopes

Kitkatie, I suggest you fight anger by putting a note by your phone or computer saying in large letters: LAUGH!

And to you both and all, have a Happy New Year and healthy 2016.

Thank you everyone for your inspiring replys! I'm going out tonight and am nervous to be far away from my home but I'm going to try my best :)
