Day 18

Excellent, now you've identified these you can look at how they effect you in the present and how to change your relationships with them. Well done:-)

Hi, Alyssa.

Anger. The antidote is to forgive.

Fear. Nothing is as bad as we think it is.

Sadness. What is past is past. Be glad for the good in your life.

Hope. I would die without that. I keep thinking... THE BEST IS YET TO COME.

I am 85 and believe all of the above, especially about the future.

Fear, is the biggest one for me.. My mom made me afraid of everything in order to keep me and my siblings in line when we were children unfortunately I go directly into thinking the worst case scenario. My parents were not bad parents, they just didn't know any better. I am hoping that I don't do the same to my kids. Kids must learn that bad things could happen to them therefore they have to be careful but keeping it balance is the challenge.
