Day 13

I have gotten some really good advice after posting in this forum. I just read so much about people with back pain or external structural issues and not many stories on internal pain, digestion issues, IBS etc. I know about the gut and mind body connection and have read several books on it. I've read about the Vagus nerve and how to regulate that, I feel I know all the steps to take but even knowing all that I'm still experiencing pain. If I'm to be honest, I know I'm a perfect candidate for TMS, nothing has been found to explain my pain. My doctor doesn't want to do another ultrasound, last one was in July of 2025 and I can't keep having them . After the last one I decided if nothing showed up I would believe it was TMS but a year later I'm still having issues. The pain is a bit different now than it was previously but I've been having right side abdominal pain since I was a child. I remember being hospitalized and nothing being found. I have ultrasounds going back to 2008 for right side abdominal pain but in those years my pain actually subsided. We did a CT scan in Oct 2023 and after that came back clear my pain did eventually go away for a few months but has been pretty constant ever since which worries me and I'm sure that is what is creating the pain. I guess I will just keep working this program. I read somewhere just yesterday that IBS pain is 100% TMS and stress related. Not sure I'm really asking anything maybe just venting. Thanks for reading.

Hi! In terms of the above I don't think that contradicts itself - still having issues shouldn't necessarily blunt your belief.

Also, have you checked out Dan Buglio's YouTube channel (Pain Free You)? There are heaps of IBS success stories on there, and IBS is a very very common TMS symptom :)
