Day 1

New Member
My first try at joining a forum to get rid of decades of back pain. The success story of day 1 was extremely heartening. I tweaked my back today and thought...well damn you brain I am not going to let this get worse. Usually the pain from a teeny little tweak grows and grows to debilitating pain. So today I refused to panic and decided to go about my business and worked as usual in the afternoon. I have nor succumbed.Hope!

Hi, Zade. That's the spirit. Just go about your daily routine and work despite any pain. The more we tolerate it, the
more we can forget it.

I find it helps to laugh at my pain. Also, find distractions like music, old movies, tv documentaries about history, nature, animals. I find lots of good videos free on Youtube. Type in just about anything and you will find videos on it.
