Hi! New girl here!! Today is my day 1 doing the structured education program . Wow wow wow, did that video ever hit home with me . It described everything I’ve been going through. I honestly had tears watching it . I have had lower back pain for over 3 years and have had every diagnosis under the sun and tried it all! I’m on sick leave from work right now , I teach kindergarten so I’m taking this time to try and figure this all
Out . I am ready to embrace this and once and for all get better . It’s effecting every aspect of my life and I don’t like the person I am becoming . I want my life back .

Being a father of two small children I can imagine how much repressed rage teaching kindergarten would generate. It´s extremely challenging and draining while you can't take negative feelings out on children (innocent). It´s instantly repressed by your unconscious part of the brain and you don't even know the feelings exists.

Two persons I know of that have problems like fibromyalgia, pain etc. and have been part time on sick leave for years, are in fact kindergarten teachers...

That said, you are doing an incredibly important job and I praise you!

I completely agree with you about how challenging and draining it is and I find the older I get i lack the patience I once had . It’s a vicious circle . I am going to have to dig deep in order to find ways to cope in this challenging environment.
