Wow!! So Happy to finally understand where the pain is coming from. It really makes sense to me. As soon as i started reading Dr. Sarno's book my pain decided to move around as if my body/brain knew what i was reading. I find it facinating and im excited to be in charge of me & not let pain rule my life.
