New Program Day 1: Introduction

@Ella1234, @Cheryl has responded appropriately for this thread which is meant to be for participants of one of our programs. If you would like personal support, navigate to the Support subforum and click on "Start a new thread..." Introduce yourself and explain your knowledge and experience of TMS. We can't diagnose but we need to know you've been medically examined (see the medical caveat at the bottom of every page). We will want to concentrate on your mental and emotional health and your TMS stressors rather than on physical details!
