Day 1 - AGAIN

    In December I worked through the TMS 30 day structured program and had amazing results. I have watched every video and done journalling and been surprised by some of the things that came up for me. I have gone from thinking about back pain every minute of every day to only thinking about it sometimes and the pain is greatly reduced.

    BUT

    I can't seem to kick the last bit of tight feeling of pain. My back feels weak. I swim 3 times a week so I would be surprised if it is actually weak but that is how it feels. I really want to kick this last bit of pain so that I can move on with my life forever. So I have started the 30 day program again.

    If anyone has advice I would love to hear from you..... I have tried not caring and most of the things mentioned in the posts already
