I have managed to conquer all of my TMS symptoms for 25 years now except for chronic headaches. I test positive for allergies and an ENT says I need surgery for a deviated septum (which i already had before discovering Sarno and it didn't help my symptoms). I read the popular book "Breath" that seems to make legitimate arguments about a change in our skull physiology that causes lots of breathing problems and congestion in people and an orthodontist says I need a palate expander (Marpe). When i have shoulder or knee pain, its easy for me to know that its TMS. Perhaps because this pain seems like it might have more legitimacy, its harder for me to beat? Or perhaps i have an actual structural issue that needs to be fixed. Does anyone else have any experience with these diagnoses?
