My biggest source of pain is my groin and urinary/ prostatitis issues. However i sometimes get back pain when these seamingly clear up in the short term. All in all though ive noticed that i always have pain somewhere.
So far I highlighted my cause of pain. I was emotionally manipulated for years from a boss that pushed me to my limits in a startup company. The whole situation ended up him cutting me off from everything he'd promised for all my work and devotion over the years which was infuriating. I just sucked it up and didnt express my anger. But really that's the tip of the ice burg. He blackmailed me in many ways and treated me like shit. Luckily I'm out of that and it was about 4 years ago. But the pain stayed this whole time and no medical professional can find anything wromg.
The good news is I did some journaling my most concerning symptoms (urinary issues and prostatitis) started clearing up.
Problem is im still working pretty hard and can't put a pin on my groin pain, yet it first happened during this time. I'm angry and sad that the pain is still there and wondering if I can get to the bottom of it.
Im 11 days in the program but have only managed to prioritize try to journal every second day which I know isn't ideal and likely isn't helping (so im really 20 odd days im). Doing my day job, a second role and moving places had definitely been overwhelming so trying to cut out more to address this head on.
Any encouragent around some symptoms going but others lingering would help keep hope alive!! TY
