I prefer to type all my repressed emotions on my computer rather than writing on white paper.

Does this make any difference ?

Please let me know. I feel it easier to write on computer and go back to read..

Sure, I believe journaling on the computer is fine. Just as good as hand-writing it.
I even think journaling by talking into a tape recorder is okay, but there is a lot to be said about writing or typing it.
 
Why not? It depends on the person & what he or she is comfortable with. The way u choose to express yrself should be the most comfortable for u.

Most of the success story candidates told they have written down a lot .. that's the reason I asked.
