Can nerve pain be TMS?

Hi everybody

I have unexplained Burning pain all over my body. It shifts from legs, to arms to whatever spot and is very intense.
All tests are normal incl. MRI, lumbarpuncture….

It came when I was under enormous stress.

Can It be TMS?
 
I assume you've had some medical work-ups? Not sure the medical reasons to have these symptoms, but you want to eliminate anything serious. When they can't find a good reason, nor a decent treatment (other than say gabapentin, or nerve drug) then you probably want to use a TMS type approach. Lots of cases treated successfully here. Start in any case by trying to not be alarmed, just notice. Try to correlate with triggers, emotional states, events. Be curious!

yes all tests, scans etc are ok and done.

and yes the have offeret me Gabamentin :)

It fluctuates a lot during the day - from mild to severe and sometimes all over the body/skin and sometimes only on legs/arms.

I will try to be curious and stay Calm.

yes yes yes have the same and it came on during a very stressful time
