Butt Nerve Pain

I seem to have butt and glute pain that can reach as far as down my legs into my feet. Anxiety brings it on and being with certain people will make it miserable. Anyone ever have old wounds that will start t hurt? Most but not all of my discomfort is usually on my right side of my body. only standing brings on the pain, sitting is a relief. Standing in line at the store is so hard and I try to relax as I just want to get home and I know I am experiencing anxiety. I also have a boatload of responsibility and stress in my life from morning to eve. Any suggestions? My best to all of you going through TMS, feel better soon. Nancy
