I have been on this recovery path for about 3 months and it occured to my yesterday that all of us here who have embarked on this journey are so brave
It takes bravery to explore feelings we don't want to explore, to move our bodies in spite of pain, to embrace the TMS diagnosis even though many don't understand it and to share our journey with each other.
Kudos to all of us. We are an amazing bunch!!
