ANYONE EVER GET A SHIN BONE BRUISE? I hit my shin hard on a metal bolt on my sons bedframe and 2 wks later it is still the size of a tennis ball. the pain is going all the way up my thigh. I am on an antibiotic but was told it may take up to 2 mths to heal. it is black and blue right into my foot. I am icing, elevating, and have a compression bandage on it. I am already having panic attacks because I have to go for a C/T Scan tomor for my abdomen concerning the stage one colon ca I had 2 yrs ago. trying to keep calm but depressed and scared. Hope everyone is moving forward and things are improving. I haven't been connecting lately as my son had the flu and has been requiring more care during this time. I just pray I will recover as he needs me. Thanks for letting me vent!
