Day 11 Being consistent

    I'm using the structured program to help my insomnia. I noticed for the first few days my insomnia symptoms began to abate but then I started taking days off and they came back in full force. I have to remind myself to do TMS work every day for the next few weeks if I really want to see my condition improve. I'm pressed for time right now so this is difficult to do, but I will make it happen.
