I guess for everyone, it’s different. All of that is great what you’re doing. There might be more things that speak to you. It’s also a lot of mindset work. And that takes consistency and time. Journaling to get the rage out. Here are a couple resources I like.

Then just keep working it. You will grow and change and one day, you’ll heal. Ask questions and read in here. It’s huge. Unfortunately, there’s no magic prescription. It fixes when it fixes. But it does fix if you don’t give up. And there will be days when you think nothing is happening. But then you’ll break through.
