Another tool for insomnia

Ellen

Beloved Grand Eagle
I discovered this podcast which has the purpose of lulling you to sleep with boring, nonsense stories told in a purposeful monotone. I just set the timer for an hour, and I find I'm asleep before it runs out.

Yes, you can find anything on the internet. I love the absurdity of this, and find I fall asleep with a smile on my face.:)

Hi, Ellen. That is really a wonderful podcast for getting to sleep. His voice really lulls me to sleep.

He's right, you can't think of two things at once. So why think bad, that you have pain. Think good, that you are pain-free.

If anyone doesn't have a way of listening to this podcast while in bed, they could listen to it an hour before bedtime.

Anything that makes us smile while in bed and having trouble sleeping is bound to be good. Leave worries outside the blanket and
cover yourself with warm feelings. I like to think of the Holy Spirit being a warm bright light surrounding my entire body,
and that pain or problems cannot penetrate that light of loving care and healing.
