anal discomfort

actually i think i didn't express myself right when i said I don't have much hidden emotions, I meant to say that I am a person who is aware of himself, but yes i know there are things that i am hiding from myself .
I journal about basically what comes to my mind at the moment I journal. I try to express all the things I am frustrated about life and about myself.

That's good. You are on the right path.
Now go one step further. When you write about all the things you are frustrated about.
Write down on the paper, "Why am I so frustrated about that? What's that all about?"
And then let your inner self write out the answers.
Let your inner self whine and tantrum and be mad and think whatever isn't fair and that you hate so-and-so (even if you love them) etc.
And swear at them if that feels good (on paper), over and over if that that feels good.
Keep going until it all dribbles out and then send it off.

Do a web search on Nicole Sachs how to JournalSpeak to find the specific page on her site. Her podcast title is The Cure for Chronic Pain with Nicole Sachs, available on all the podcast platforms. Highly recommended. I recall that she recovered from burning mouth syndrome back in the day (this is directed to @Skylark7, I think you have something like that?) so you can also search her name with burning mouth.

Yep! Found that a little while ago. Thanks!
