Hi, Gigalos. You've discovered something wonderful, thinking on what makes you happy each day. I just look at my dog's eyes as they look at me with such unconditional love and it makes me happy. If you have a pet or a baby in your life, there is joy. We may spend too much time thinking on the reasons we are not happy.
