Adrenal Fatigue

Hi TMS community,

I've been reading up on adrenal fatigue. It seems like a lot of us could fix that description.

I know I have TMS as I've gotten so much better with it. I am wondering if any of you were diagnosed with adrenal fatigue.

Is it is fad or is it real? Has anyone been helped by they therapies?

Hi I have been diagnosed with severe adrenal fatigue and it seems a lot of its symptoms are similar to TMS. I have the saliva test and my adrenal were off the charts you could see on the charts exactly when I got slumps and when I was late at night tired but wired. I recommend the book adrenal fatigue by7 Dr Wilson. I also swear by the adrenal quartet of supplements he makes and sells. While it may be part of TMS I know that the adrenal rebuilder supplements do work for me and I take the help I can.
